James Neeson's career did not begin in a boardroom.
It began on site.
Progressing from time-served electrician through field engineering, planning, forensic analysis and into senior PMO and Project Controls leadership, he has operated at every layer of capital delivery — from installation and commissioning through to board-level governance and lender scrutiny.
This end-to-end exposure shapes Bowmont Global's philosophy.

Across his career, James has led planning and controls functions on programs and portfolios exceeding £3Bn in aggregate value, including:
